The key to the success of the weekly Chillout Show is its unique music selection, starting with a cross section of acoustic versions of well known songs, the tone of the programme progresses and the listener becomes more engaged with the mood of the music, culminating in the final section which features carefully selected instrumental tracks which makes this hour of programming the epitomy of chill-out at its best.

Each weekly programme is made up of 75% of new releases by established artists who have already achieved chart success. The New Music Show also previews the latest songs by 'heritage' acts who have had hits in the past but have been absent from the charts for a while.

Every week Lisa will kick off the show with a ‘Hot Pick’ a wee beauty that is guaranteed to get you grinding. This is followed by an Artist Special on an industry big player and for those who want to appreciate the good times every show will be wrapped up with the ‘Spin Back’ track.
